We completely understand, we have busy lives and it's easy to forget your general well being and health and make time for yourself. So, G Force have created a programme specifically for women that promotes your mental and physical development while teaching you the skill of martial arts.

As well as learning a new skill, our Ladies martial arts courses are a great place to socialise, make new friends, and burn some calories. You will increase your personal fitness and well-being, learn various martial arts techniques and make new friends in a fun and friendly environment! What age groups are available for ladies martial arts?

Our ladies martial arts programme is for ages 18 and up.


Are there long membership commitments?

We offer month to month memberships as well as savings on longer plans.


What happens if I want to book a trial class?

One of our staff will call you or you can call the school directly.


Will I be fighting other members?

No. We teach martial arts, not fighting!


I love all the benefits such as confidence, self-esteem, and focus … but is it fun?

Our martial arts classes primary goal is to make sure our students have fun in an enjoyable, safe environment. Come and see a class for yourself - we all have a blast and our instructors do too.


Do I need to have previous experience or any particular fitness level to enrol in martial arts classes?

No, our classes are a good mix of all fitness levels. Beginners train alongside some of the more experienced members, helping each other out in an enjoyable team environment.
